Nia started using these treats in December. She has a bad knee that surgery won't really fix. I started her off with one 5mg cookie and noticed that within a couple of days she was moving a lot better and limping less. Then I upped her to the recommended 2 cookies and she started to be much more active and wanted to play so much more. She is a lot happier these days and I can take her on some longer walks and to the dog park more often without worrying about her limping along in pain.
