We give him one of the treats when we hear fireworks on the lake! Which is not always just during the holiday weeks. Sometimes a really strong thunderstorm will scare him too!
We know the treats totally work because he will just lay on the family room floor instead of cowering somewhere on the lower level! Shiba Inus are very aloof and do not mind spending time alone! So it’s nice when he hangs with the family!!!
